At Adeco, we want you to love your home furniture and decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all products are returned in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid return shipping label provided via email.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item back in its original box with all hardware and instructions to prevent damage during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
